The following verses talk about how evidence of God's intelligent design are latent(innate) within all of his creation. ( Verse 20 ) FYI, God is a spirit. St. John 4:24. It's saying, there's no excuse. The problem is, people are looking for a giant guy in the sky, when the reality is God is a spirit. God can communicate anyway he so chooses. He spoke to Moses through a burning bush, and he can speak through signs, wonders, prophecy, numbers, storms, weather, dreams, visions, even a psychedelic experience ( although any spirit can speak to you then and any time ) Spirits speak without speaking, and you hear them without listening.
There's plenty of evidence of intelligent design, and it is the spirit of the Ancient Of Days that has created it. It is tempting to want to be your own God, and eat of the fruit, and live to be king or whatever, but fortunately this is his reality, not yours. There are natural laws set in place by the spirit of the Most High that have serious consequences when you step out of them. A lot of the wicked feel like they can overthrow God, and dominate the planet forever. This has been a wet dream of theirs sense their fall, but never have they succeeded. God always resets things when wickedness gets to a certain point, and soon he will return to serve his wrath and justice again. ( see Noah and the Ark, and Revelation 10 )
Even short term rewards do not stop these consequences, these divine consequences. Sadly, many don't realize they're enduring them as we speak. I am baffled to see the word "Godhead" in the bible. Let's take a look at what it means: Dictionary says: " the nature of God especially as existing in three persons
" The bible really is cool, the problem is we have a lot of closed minded simpletons who try to teach it, and apparently they haven't read it. After studying all traditions myself, from shamanism, to mysticism, to Buddhism, to the Native Americans, the bible seems to have filled in the missing pieces, and corrected a few misconceptions. There are bits of truth in all faiths, but the Abrahamic God is the one true God, the rest are spirits, idols, and man manipulating. Spirits speak without speaking, and you hear them without listening. Tune in to the spirit of the Most High God, the Ancient Of Days.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
